Because every Viral Printworks item is printed to order just for you, please read this carefully.

Made-to-order items

Since your item is custom printed the moment you order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size or style. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order — it is the best way to get a perfect fit the first time.

Our 100% quality guarantee

We stand behind every print. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or it is the wrong item, we will make it right — email info@viralprintworks.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship anything back.

Sizing or fit

Not quite the right fit? Email us. We will help you find the right size and, where we can, arrange a discounted replacement so you end up with something you love.

Goodwill credit

If something is not quite right but is not a defect, reach out anyway. We would rather keep you happy than lose you — in many cases we can offer a store credit toward your next order instead of a return.

Changes and cancellations

We print fast. If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@viralprintworks.com within 2 hours of ordering; after that your item may already be in production.
