What to include
Please send enough detail for us to understand and investigate the report:
- Your full name, the rights owner's name, and your role or authority to represent that owner.
- An email address, mailing address, and telephone number where you can be reached.
- The exact Viral Printworks page URLs and the specific image, wording, or design you are reporting.
- A description of the protected work or right, with links or supporting documents. For a trademark claim, identify the mark and explain how the particular use allegedly infringes it; include registration details if applicable.
- For a copyright claim, confirmation that you sincerely believe the reported use lacks permission from the owner or its representative and is not otherwise permitted by law; that the report is accurate; and a declaration under penalty of perjury that you own the copyright or are authorized to represent its owner.
- Your signature, either signed electronically or on a document.
A registration number is not required merely to raise a concern. If something is missing or unclear, we may request additional information.
How we handle reports
We review the identified material and the information provided. Depending on the circumstances, we may request clarification, contact the parties involved, or restrict, revise, or remove the material. Receiving a report or taking a precautionary step does not by itself establish infringement or admit liability.
Please submit accurate information and identify the specific material at issue. Information in a report may be shared with advisers or service providers as reasonably necessary to investigate and respond, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This is a direct reporting channel for Viral Printworks. It does not limit anyone's legal rights or require contacting us before using another available reporting process.
