Viral Printworks is an independent, for-profit, veteran-owned business operated by Gooder Labs LLC. Our sales pay for products, printing, our team, and the costs of running the business. A shirt purchase is a retail purchase, not automatically a charitable contribution.
Independent means independent
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, Viral Printworks is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any person, family, estate, charity, campaign, organization, or fundraiser referenced by a design.
A design about a person, event, movement, or cause does not, by itself, make that product official merchandise or a fundraiser. It also does not mean that the person, estate, or cause receives money from its sale.
Donations are our decision
We support causes we believe in. We decide where, when, and how much to give. Sometimes that may include a cause connected to a design; sometimes our support goes somewhere else.
Unless we expressly advertise a specific donation commitment for a product or promotion, no portion of that purchase is promised or earmarked for a particular person, estate, charity, GoFundMe, or other fundraiser. Past donations do not create a standing pledge for future sales.
Buying a shirt does not give anyone a vote in our charitable budget. Questions are welcome. Demands, guilt trips, and social-media pressure do not decide our donations.
When we announce a fundraiser
If we promote a purchase-linked donation, we will clearly identify the beneficiary, the amount per qualifying sale or how it is calculated, the eligible products and dates, and any minimum or cap that applies. We honor the commitments we advertise. This general policy does not cancel or reduce a specific donation promise made with an offer.
Your choice
If your priority is supporting a particular cause, donating directly to its verified organization or fundraiser is the clearest way to choose where your money goes.
If you like our products and how we run our business, we appreciate your support. If this approach does not work for you, you are free to shop elsewhere. You choose where to spend your money. We choose where to give ours.
