Everything is printed to order in the USA.

How soon does my order ship?

Orders are printed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

What is your return policy?

Every item is printed to order just for you, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or ordering the wrong size or style. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order — it is the best way to get a perfect fit the first time.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We stand behind every print. If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or it is the wrong item, email info@viralprintworks.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to ship anything back. See our Refund Policy for full details.

I ordered the wrong size. Can you help?

Email us anyway. We will help you find the right size and, where we can, arrange a discounted replacement so you end up with something you love.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We print fast. Email info@viralprintworks.com within 2 hours of ordering; after that your item may already be in production.

How much is shipping?

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50. Under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout. International orders may take up to 30 days; customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
